Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations greater than 45 days of the check in date, there will be a full refund of the reservation deposit, (less a 10% handling fee). For cancellations within 45 days of the check in date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented, (less a 10% handling fee).
